The winner of the 2012 Co. Wicklow Open was Gary Duff who shot a 595 in qualification and a combined total of 697.9. Gary was followed closely by Conor McDermottroe with a 593 and 694 overall. In third place with an excellent 582 was Liam Kinsella of Dublin Rifle Club.
Apparently the warm wind was not a factor although some competitors felt that not being cold was a disadvantage as they were becoming too comfortable.
